Hey guys!
I’m gonna start up captured moments again (several months later lol). These are going to be more ‘bloggy,’ than my normal posts, to share with you more personally into my life. Yes, fitness and food are huge passions of mine, but there is more to me than just that. 😊
Today was a big step forward in getting more serious about cutting- I purchased a body scale from T.J. Maxx for $10 (currently weighing 124ish lbs) and also bought a food scale from Walmart ($14), along with a small notebook to start writing down my meals and workouts. Oh, and I may or may not have spontaneously got some Nike shorts and a swan floaty from T.J. Maxx.😁 Welp, you can see how that turned out… They should put on the box that it requires four other friends to blow it up with you- I about passed out just blownin’ up the belly.
Anyways, if you feel like you aren’t seeing the results you should be from how you’re eating, try using MyFitnessPal and weighing everything. Today, I realized that I was eating more than I thought I was- especially with my mornin’ oats.
