It’s been about two months since I last “checked” in, so here we go!
Only about a pound down from December, however, if you compare this post from my last current state post, you will notice I have achieved a little bit more definition (which to be honest, this picture is not the best depiction of, due to the grainy quality of the picture).
I’m still not fully engaged in cutting mode- I don’t think I am quite ready yet, because I still want to build my glutes and hams more before cutting down.
I have been contemplating for awhile now on starting a vlog, and am excited to share that it will be happening very soon! I enjoy writing, but at the same time, I feel like I want to be more personable- and there are just some things better shared vocally and visually rather than written.
I originally wanted to get the Sony a5100 because of its convenient size and interchangeable lenses- despite it being a mirrorless camera, however, I am now leaning towards the Canon t5i because I want to be able to potentially use an external mic, along with its other features. To me, it seems more practical to invest in a DSLR I can upgrade over time, rather than having a mirrorless camera. If you have a fair amount of knowledge and experience with cameras, I would value your input!

I have the Sony a5100, and I absolutely love it! So many features and it is great quality!

Do you have any problems with it overheating when filming continuously for long periods of time? I have read/heard several people online who have had that issue.

Thanks Matt!
My cut will start to go into full gear in about a month. I am not competing or anything- just want to challenge myself and get leaner than I have ever been, but at the same time, be able to realistically maintain it. I am planning on going on a cruise after graduation, so that is a huge motivator for me haha 🙂
I aim to shed off about 5 pounds, and plain to achieve this through increased cardio and altering my macros; lowering my carbs and increasing my protein and fat intake.
Thanks for your comment! 🙂
