I hate doing cardio, however, it’s undeniable that it is necessary when trying to get lean. So I have experimented with ways to effectively burn more in a shorter amount of time.
One of the things I like to do for cardio is to get on a treadmill and crank the incline up to 15, and the speed to 4. The less you hold on the better because then you are really forcing yourself up and to keep going, as opposed to holding on.
Get your towel ready, cause you’re gonna sweat!
