Fresh, Easy, BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

My go-to smoothie combo! A healthy, yummy, and quick way to jumpstart your day!

  • 1 scoop (varies), Protein
  • 1 cup (227 g), Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 8 fl oz (240 ml), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Approx. 3-4, Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup (25 g), Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (10 g), Flax Seed

 

Blend together and enjoy!

 

Tips:

  • Freeze fruit for better consistency
  • Put in protein after yogurt to avoid it getting stuck to the bottom — this is especially helpful when blending plant-based proteins (e.g. Garden of Life, Vegasport — both highly recommended)
  • Use food scale for more accurate measurements
    • Feel free to adjust to fit your macros
