It’s finally here ya’ll! 6 weeks of booty bustin’ workouts that will help you lose weight, sculpt lean, firm legs, and perk up the bum. There is no reason for you to not see these results if you follow this plan as instructed.
Now, there has been several changes and updates (for the better) in comparison to the first week preview I released last month. There is no longer an upper body day or abs; what you are getting are three workouts a week- two glute days and one overall leg day -so you can place more focus and time on these goals. In addition, you are still getting a pictorial exercise database (ex. shown below) so you can see how exercises are properly executed- along with written tips.
I am so excited to finally release this plan, because I know how confusing and intimidating it can be to start lifting, and/or not knowing what exercises to do to get closer to your body aspirations.
