For the past three years, I have been drinking coffee in the morning, pre-workout in the afternoon/evening, and occasionally another cup of coffee or an energy drink to power me through assignments or work. Yikes. Read More
I’ve been slackin’ on my posts lately, and haven’t produced what I have been wanting and planning too. Please bear with me. I have things that I plan to share that should be helpful. There has been a lot going on within the past weeks- I’m sure you can relate. It seems like things get crazier after the holidays. Read More
