Juicy Steak with Potato Wedges

Not your average steak and potatoes.


You’ll need:

  • Steak (your preferred cut- at least one inch thick to get that good sear)
  • Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Course grain sea salt
  • Black pepper corn (grinder)
  • Olive oil
  • Lime

Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle olive oilsea saltground black peppercorn on top. Bake until golden (about 40 minutes).

Warm frying pan on high-heat. Prep steak with sea salt and ground black peppercorn. Peel garlic. Pour about two tablespoons of olive oil into hot pan. Place in steak and garlic. Cook until desired preference. Cut steak and squeeze lime over.

Grab some ketchup for your wedges and ENJOY!
