My go-to smoothie combo! A healthy, yummy, and quick way to jumpstart your day!
- 1 scoop (varies), Protein
- 1 cup (227 g), Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 8 fl oz (240 ml), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Approx. 3-4, Strawberries
- 1/4 cup (25 g), Blueberries
- 1 tbsp (10 g), Flax Seed
Blend together and enjoy!
- Freeze fruit for better consistency
- Put in protein after yogurt to avoid it getting stuck to the bottom — this is especially helpful when blending plant-based proteins (e.g. Garden of Life, Vegasport — both highly recommended)
- Use food scale for more accurate measurements
- Feel free to adjust to fit your macros
