Ingredients
- 1 zuchinni
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 3-5 mushrooms
- 1 lime
- 2 chicken breast
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice zuchinni, green pepper, orange pepper, and onion into strips. Drizzle about 1-1/2 tbsp of olive oil on top. Squeeze half of lime over. Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss together.
Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Combine veggies and chicken in pan.
Bake for 30 mins. or until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender-crisp.
