Like shrimp? Like a little asian zing? This recipe is for you-
- Large or jumbo shrimp
- Sesame seed oil
- Olive oil
- Crushed red pepper
- Sea salt
- Ground black peppercorn
For potato wedges-
Pre-heat oven to 450° F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, ground black peppercorn on top. Bake until golden (about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through).
Defrost shrimp. Warm large pan on high heat.
Throw in about a tbsp of olive oil and sesame seed oil, along with chopped garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Wait and stir for about 1-2 minutes.
Toss and mix in defrosted shrimp. Continue frying on high heat for about three minutes, or until shrimp is done.
Serve in bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley, and lime juice.
