Like shrimp? Like a little asian zing? This recipe is for you-Ā
Ingredients:
- Large or jumbo shrimp
- Sesame seed oil
- Olive oil
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Crushed red pepper
- Sea salt
- Ground black peppercorn
- Parsley
- Lime
- Potatoes
For potato wedges-
Pre-heat oven to 450° F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, ground black peppercorn on top. Bake until golden (about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through).
For shrimp-
DefrostĀ shrimp. Warm large pan on high heat.
Throw in about a tbsp ofĀ olive oil andĀ sesame seed oil, along with choppedĀ garlic,Ā ginger, andĀ crushed red pepper. Wait and stir for about 1-2 minutes.
Toss and mix in defrostedĀ shrimp. Continue frying on high heat for about three minutes, or until shrimp is done.
Serve in bowl. Garnish withĀ choppedĀ parsley,Ā andĀ lime juice.
