Sometimes you just need a bomb burger.
- Ground beef
- Brioche buns
- Goat cheese
- Pineapple circles
Chop onions. Mix onions into each ball of beef, along with salt and pepper. Cook until desired preference.
Chop, jalapeños and mushrooms. Cook in a large pan, along with pineapple circles.
Top burger with lettuce, tomato, pineapple, jalapeños and mushrooms.
Spread goat cheese on toasted bun. Top with avocado.
Grab some napkins, open wide (seriously, these burgers can be a messy mouthful) and ENJOY!
