Ground Turkey Broccoli Slaw Stir-Fry

I just made this for the first time and it was too good not to share! Seriously, try this, with just a few ingredients, your mouth will be bursting with flavor. It tastes amazing and is great if you’re trying to cut back on carbs, fats, calories.

Broccoli slaw: used in place of what would be the noodles in your typical stir fry. Gives the stir-fry a nice, fun crunch. I used about half the bag. So about 2 1/2 cups.

What’s great about using broccoli slaw is how much you can eat of it. This whole bag  (5 cups) has better macros than 1/4 cup of rice! So if you are trying to cut back on macros, like me in prep for summer, this is a great alternative.

Steps:

Warm up a frying pan on med-high heat. Throw in broccoli slaw and top with a light amount of olive oil, lite soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt. Continue to fry until the ground turkey is done, adjusting heat as needed.

Season lean ground turkey. I like to use “Chef Paul Prudhomme’s, Meat Magic,” – gives it a nice flavor. Go ahead and cook it in a separate pan, until it’s nice and brown.

That’s it! Put in your broccoli slaw in a bowl and top with ground turkey. Add some Siracha for a lil’ kick.

Enjoy!

          1. Wife says to add fresh chopped garlic and small amount of onion. Used Mrs Dash seasoning instead of Paul’s seasoning. Splash of balsamic vinegar. The pork was from leftover roast. She will use chicken next time for a test. :o)
