When I first began to lift, I had a picture of some chick whose body was my goal. I would look at it when I felt unmotivated to go to the gym, and it would usually push me, because I wanted to have a body like that so badly. Several years have now passed, and while I am not exactly where I want to be, I have made a lot of progress.
You hear people say all the time, “If I can do it, so can you,” but honestly it’s so true. I never thought I could actually get where I am today. I use to think that that was possible for some girls, but not everyone, but that’s not true!! Do not give up or let someone mock you and tell you you can’t. Brush them off and do your thang.

LOL, so now you are the ‘some chick’ that someone else will look up to. Very cool, no?
Very nice lat development.

I know. Even in competition I see many who struggle to smile. Point me in the direction of one of your posts on creatine. I used to use it and noticed that it also helped me with blood sugar issues. I want to know how it has worked out for you.

Hard work shows. I find taking pictures of my back very difficult, so I don’t, but for you, they show very naturally/easily.

Taking your own pictures of your back can be a challenge sometimes. You could always ask someone to take one for you or use a timer 🙂
